The store boasts simple, yet striking, whitewashed walls, complete with white parquet flooring and elegant display units. With outlets already trading in both London and Paris, this is now the the third store the brand has opened outside Japan.
Highlighting Wong’s involvement, all of the stores carrier bags come emblazoned with one of his most memorable lyrics – “Stay composed in the worst of times and continue to enjoy the best of food and fashion.”
As well as a Cantopopped paper bag, a select few party-goers were given a bag with “YYxY’s” leather tags, chopsticks and a hand-picked selection of items from Y’s latest collection.
