Pacific Place rises above with new loyalty programme

In a bid to add a bit more prestige to its guests’ shopping experience, Pacific Place has launched a new loyalty programme, above, and a VIP lounge.

Members of the new programme can enjoy an array of enhanced services and a shopping experience with personal service, benefits and exclusive privileges.

And for those who really, really love to shop, high-tier members can use the VIP lounge, designed by architect André Fu and his design studio AFSO.

To celebrate the launch of the loyalty programme and the VIP lounge, Hong Kong actors Louis Koo and Natalie Tong officiated over the opening ceremony, together with Fiona Shiu, general manager and Francesca von Etzdorf, marketing and promotions manager of Pacific Place.

The event was also attended by André Fu, Jacqueline Chow, Evan Chow, Victoria Law, Alan and Yenn Lo, Jenny Wong Chau, Bonnie Kwong Li, Yolanda Tang Choy, Carmen Chung Lee and more.

Guests were served canapés with caviar from Caviar House and Pruner, éclairs from L’Eclair de Génie and drinks made by award-winning mixologist Timothee Beaqueriaux from The Continental.
