Gafencu honours Jennifer Liu with Hospitality award

One of Hong Kong’s most well-respected entrepreneurs, Jennifer Liu is the founder and chairman of JWF International and Sir Hudson Hospitality, the organization behind Habitu and The Coffee Academics.

Jennifer started working in the hospitality industry more than 10 years ago, opening her first restaurant – Habitu Ristorante – in Causeway Bay back in the early 2000s.   

Today, she now owns and manages some 30 eateries and employs more than 500 staff in Hong Kong and overseas.

Gafencu recognised Jennifer’s outstanding achievements in her profession with the Hospitality award at the Gala Dinner.
