Opulent is a word that is bandied about to describe an array of luxurious things from homes to yachts, but it is an adjective that can definitely be used to describe the acclaimed restaurant, Howard’s Gourmet.
Founded by Howard Cai in December 2015, Howard’s Gourmet offers Chinese cuisine at an eye-watering price.
To celebrate the restaurant’s first anniversary in Hong Kong, an exclusive 8-course dinner menu dedicated to seasonal white and black truffle will be available on the 2nd and 3rd of December for a table of eight at HK$10,000.
Mouth-watering highlights include the Noodles with White Truffle and Minced Beef and Black Truffle Mousse with Caviar.
The interior of Howard’s Gourmet was designed by Sir David Tang to resemble a stately manor home. There are large dining rooms with high ceilings, French windows, drapes and crystal chandeliers. A cigar room with over 20 types of cigars, a bar and lounge area.
Howard’s Gourmet is located in the heart of Central in CBB Tower.
